New Devices bought after 9 July 2012 are already compatible with the online course, if you run into any issues then please contact our IT Support Specialists.

Devices bought before 9 July 2012:

If your device was bought before 9 July 2012, it won’t be running the correct version of Android that is required to run the Online Course. Please follow the steps below to update your device:

New Desktops bought after July 15th 2015 (Pre-built):

New Pre-built desktops (Bought online as a whole unit, or from a company such as PCSpecialist) after July 15th 2015 are already compatible with the online course, if you run into any issues then please contact our IT Support Specialists.
